traditions

This year we started two new Christmas traditions. The Truth in the Tinsel and The elf on the shelf. The first to help the kiddos grasp the true meaning of Christmas and the second just for fun. I searched and searched for a Christian based advent for the kids and came across this e-book and thought it would be perfect for their ages. Each day there is a scripture reading, a corresponding craft, and an activity. We are two days in and the kiddos have really enjoyed it. And this is Eubie. He dropped in this morning from the North Pole. He left a snowman in Ella's room, which she loved, and got out our Christmas books and brought a few new ones with him. The kids thought it was pretty great and I am excited for them to find him each morning this month!
