apex 2014

At the end of March we took our annual trip to Apex for a little ski vacation. We debated not going this year since at the time I was 4 weeks out from my due date, but I am so glad that we decided to go. What a wonderful few days in the snow away from it all. The kids had a blast with nanmom and papa, relaxing, baking, playing in the snow, skiing, hot tubing, drinking hot coco, and sledding. The most exciting part of the whole trip was that Colton started skiing on his own. Something finally clicked for him and he was able to tackle the bunny hill without help from dad. It was definitely a proud mommy moment. Here are a few snapshots from our trip!
