Birthmas!

This past weekend we not only celebrated December birthdays (happy birthday to Colton, Papa Bill, & cousin Taylor), but we had our first round of Christmas with Josh's family (which has entirely confused Colton as to when "Christmas" and his "real" birthday are) .

Colton's new remote control train he got from Nan and Papa. It circles around the Christmas tree. He LOVES it!

I am so grateful for my wonderful mother-in-law who five years ago gave us all a gift by deciding that her families (Stendera, Haney, & Monigolds) "Christmas" would always be the weekend before Christmas. This has eliminated the stress of having to decide what family to spend Christmas with each year and has turned into a full weekend of Derby family fun. The only thing missing this year? SNOW! Hoping we will have more luck next year.

I love you Papa, Nan, Steve, Steff, Adam, Micah, Eli, Jeremy, Kristin, Taylor, & Addie! I am very blessed to have you all in my life! Merry Christmas.
