Monday

Is not just the beginning of the week in our household anymore. It is the day that the  number of kids I take care of increases from two to four.  In September I agreed to start watching my great friend Melia's kiddos. Let me introduce them to you.

This is Cyrus. Who we like to call "Cy Cy" or " the great toy snatcher Talbot". He has more energy than a bumble bee and buzzes around the house moving from toy to toy or thing to thing every 30.5 seconds. I love his contagious smile, his cuddles after he wakes up from his nap, and how much he loves his friend Colton. He loves baby "eya" (ella), loves to ask the question "why", and loves milk more than any other three year old I have ever known. He is pretty stinking cute, right?

This is Cyrus's little sister Sarie. Who we like to call "little sis" or "sissy Sarie". She is our darling little pixie, and although small she is mighty! She is tougher than any one year old little girl I know who gets right in with the action of the older boys. I love when she smiles with her scrunched up nose, says and signs "thank you", and wants to snuggle when she wakes up from her nap (Melia got the snugglers... I did not! ). Sarie loves to read books, loves to play with Ella in Ella's crib, and loves to give Colton loves. Check out this darling little munchkin!

Watching these two precious kiddos, although super crazy on some days, has been such an honor, privilege, and gift. They are Colton and Ella's bestest of friends and it is so fun to watch their little friendships grow from such a young age.

Here are some pictures from our last Monday together:

Lunch Time!!

This past Monday I let the boys skip their naps to decorate a ginger bread house

And then to watch a show. They chose Bob the Builder.
