I have always been a little bit scared of cooking ribs. I don't know why, but they have always just seemed a little intimidating. Well this week I decided to tackle the challenge. What I found out? They are super easy and my family LOVED them! I made a Asian style rib in the slow cooker and paired it with barley and beets. It was grub!
